Introduction
WEC is one of the nation’s largest generators and distributors of electricity and natural gas, providing energy services to more than 4.6 million customers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota.
The current engagement focused on We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC that delivers electricity and natural gas to more than 800,000 customers in Wisconsin.

Opportunity
WEC engaged Fjord/Accenture to accomplish two interrelated objectives for We Energies:
- Redesign authenticated experience (My Account) 
- Create a new mobile app

- Define Information Architecture 
- Document Major User Flows 
- Create Wireframes 
- Create Interaction Design & Accessibility Guidelines 
- Design High-Fidelity Screens

We divided major features into 3 batches and conducted the following activities for each:
